Manor of Wayne Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. We are part of The
Manors of Wayne community focusing on short-term rehabilitation. Our
focus is to assist adults with short-term nursing and rehabilitation
needs return to their community. Our services include complex medical
care and physical, occupational and speech therapies. |
| With a top notch therapy staff, we endeavor to provide the treatment
and support needed to achieve the highest level of quality of life. In
addition to therapy treatments, through individual care plans, we focus
on improving or maintaining Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), which
includes self-care management such as dressing, bathing and toilet-use.
We are committed to the health and well-being of our residents. |

Certifications
We are licensed by the State of Michigan. All of our beds are dually certified by Medicare
and Medicaid. Our most

formerly Wayne Total Living Center, was acquired by
Advantage Management Group on July 1, 2006 and was opened
with renovated facilities on December 7, 2006. |
