Manor of Southgate. We are committed to the health and well-being of our residents.
In order to maximize our residents’ quality of life, our highly trained staff
develops an individual care plan for each resident. These care plans focus on
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), medical and therapeutic treatment, and social
interaction. With the involvement of our families and community, our goal is to
meet the physical, spiritual, and social needs of our residents. |
| With a top notch activities staff, we encourage residents to
participate in the various activities that we offer. In addition to
weekly activities such as bingo, we bring in talent from local
entertainers, schools and dance troupes. |

Certifications
We are licensed by the State of Michigan. All of our beds are dually certified by Medicare
and Medicaid. Our most
recent survey results are available in our lobby.
