| Welcome to the
Manor of Northwest Detroit. We are committed to the health and well-being of our residents.
In order to maximize our residents’ quality of life, our highly trained staff
develops an individual care plan for each resident. These care plans focus on
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), medical and therapeutic treatment, and social
interaction. With the involvement of our families and community, our goal is to
meet the physical, spiritual, and social needs of our residents. |
| With a home-like atmosphere, we encourage our residents
to bring in personal mementos to help personalize their living area. We
encourage visits from family, friends and pets. Our spacious lobby is an
excellent spot to host family members and friends.

We are licensed by the State of Michigan. All of our beds are dually certified by Medicare
and Medicaid. Our most
