The Manors is managed by Advantage Management Group (AMG). Advantage Management Group, a privately held corporation headquartered in Southfield, MI, provides comprehensive management services to long-term care facilities and assisted living centers throughout the United States.  Established in 1992 as Advantage Health Systems, AMG has expanded its services from regulatory consulting to providing management in operations, finance, and administration. Specializing in administrative and financial operations, AMG has developed expertise in:

	Restructuring and stabilizing staffing
	Stabilizing facility operations and finances, including those facilities in receivership
	Increasing and improving census and case mix
	Implementing innovative support systems to improve clinical and financial outcomes

AMG is comprised of administrative and clinical personnel considered experts in their fields. The management team consists of administrators, registered nurses, social workers, dietitians, and financial and marketing personnel.  AMG has provided management oversight to a variety of organizations from large corporations, to non-profit organizations, and to single owners. AMG provides intervention and training throughout the United States and has published articles and manuals related to Medicare reimbursement and regulatory standards.
