Our goal is to provide you with the
treatment and support you need to achieve the optimal level of

Rehabilitation Services: Overseen by a Physiatrist (a Rehabilitation
Physician), our physical, occupational and speech therapies aid residents
recovering from orthopedic injuries, joint replacement, surgery and illness. |

Sub-Acute Care: Integrated treatment programs for residents recovering
from acute illness, stroke, or debilitating disease. Care includes wound
management, IV Therapy and tracheostomy care. |
|
Long Term Care: Treatment and support for the aged or chronically ill who
need assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, and
using the bathroom. |
|
Respite Care: Interim care while caregivers or family members take time
off from daily care responsibilities. |
|
Hospice Care: From pain management to pastoral care, our care for the
terminally ill focus on ensuring that the resident’s needs are met while
treating them with dignity and respect. |
|
Activities: Each of our facilities has an extensive activity list that
includes outings, community involvement, entertainment and therapeutic
activities. |
